Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Empty Space will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 24 hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
- We offer 7 days for notification of return from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned products) to reach us. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
- For Return COD orders, a voucher with your store credit will be provided in the span of 5 working days after receiving the return on your registered e-mail address/contact number and for prepaid orders the amount is refunded back to the customer.
- Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Partial withdraws are not applicable.
Under all the above conditions, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories.

Cancellation Policy:
We strive to help our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
- Cancellations requests will not be entertained if the customer contacts us after 24 hours of placing the order, he needs to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
