Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Empty Space will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 24 hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
- In case the product is not received, you are eligible to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 5- 7 working days. (The Empty Space will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
- If a wrong product is received by the customer, a Replacement/Refund will be processed after customer consent.
- Damaged product received.
Under all the above conditions, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories.

Cancellation Policy:
We strive to help our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
- Cancellations requests will not be entertained if the customer contacts us after 24 hours of placing the order, he needs to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
